Pros
Easy to be successful at Celero. Low expectations and no issues if you make a mistake. Travel to Winnipeg common but this is used mostly as a boondoggle and not to perform any real work.
Cons
Immature, checked out long term employees are common as managers. I estimate the average VP has 30 years experience at Celero and the predecessor Credit Union Central. Some have only worked at this one employer their entire career. Celero is vastly dropping their office space which signals business is not too goo there with low expectations.
