      Nice work/life balance. Management is friendly and easy to work with. Depending on what account you are on, there are some good dictators.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Some accounts are really hard and really nothing you can do about it. Lots of steps to completing reports, thus less pay. No career growth.

      Pros

      Worked here for many years. Always had a great relationship with bosses. If there was an issue ever, it was expressed and handled quickly.

      Cons

      Pay isnt great, but it is one of the highest paying companies in the field of work being independent contractors.
