Pros

The work is very interesting.

Cons

Bad management…..HR needs to do an investigation. High turnover rate in one department because of one single person. That person has had a lot HR complaints. Totally disrespectful. Not a great company to work for because of a harsh work environment just because of one bad manager who has been doing this for years.

Thank you for taking time to provide a review of our site here in Richmond. I’m glad to read that you enjoyed the work that we do and found it interesting. I’m sorry to read that your experience with management wasn’t as positive as you had hoped. I’m a firm believer that engaging in thoughtful dialog tends to resolve most issues and wish you would have given me, or our Human Resources department, and opportunity to assist in finding a solution to your concerns while you were here. As you suggested, we took the opportunity to speak with your peers and it seems as if they do not share your opinion of management. This was an excellent opportunity to learn from our staff. We learned that things are not perfect here, but they do not match your characterization. It is a requirement that management meet with each of their direct reports monthly to discuss performance but also to discuss issues that are important to them including professional development opportunities and areas of concern. We try to foster an environment of honest and consistent communications so that at a minimum our employees have a safe space to discuss matters that concern them monthly. We have a fantastic team, and the team was fantastic with you on it. The members of our team value traits such as integrity, accountability, and team work. We have in the past, and will continue to prioritize training all of our staff, management included, on the pillars of healthy organizations such as how to foster positive relationships and reinforcing positive communications. Thank you for taking the time to rate our site and we will use it to continually improve in all aspects of what we do. Best regards, Stephen Carroll Site Administrator – Celerion Richmond

Pros

Really decent benefits ,GRATE Facilities ( Building Maintiance) Supervisor, GRATE Director that is in charge at out 2 Tempe properties! I love the company work environment

Cons

My interview and job offer were around the first of the month, I was told by HR That My start date would be as soon as I was able to accept the job offer and once my background check came back. I was called back a few minutes later and asked if I could start almost 2 weeks later........Unknowing that my start date was the last day of the facilities tech's that I was replacing. So I LITERALLY GOT 2 1/2 hours on a job that has Weekly, Monthly, Quartly, Semi annual and annual inspections on some appliances, Systems and areas that I was and am not familiar with or that Vendors were called in for at all the other facilities that I work for in all the yeaars I have done maintaince for in the past. So I have to ask questions ALL the time because I did not receive a proper 2 week training period, Why I was hired this way I do not know but feel I was setup for failure and am under constiant stress, and feel like a TOTAL failure because I am running behind 100% of the time. I take care of my 80 year old father who has onset dementia when I am not at work. So no real training and being behind all the time has taken its toll on me mentally and physically. ( This has only been MY PERSONAL exp. I am told IT'S NOT COMMON practice )

Pros

Serves as a decent place to get baseline industry experience on your resume before moving elsewhere. The direct team leads and peer-level colleagues are understanding and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators. Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
