Pros

Most of the people who work there are very supportive, friendly, and helpful. They made going to work feel less of a miserable task.

Cons

Upper management is a joke and look down on everyone that are "lower" in the org chart. Little respect or care for employees and treats them like children. Lacks empathy. Seems like things haven't changed in years. Lots of down time that seems to drag.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of our site. It is great to hear that you appreciated our comprehensive benefits package and the compensation which we offer our employees. I respect your right to provide ratings and sincerely wish your time working at Celerion Richmond was more enjoyable. I’m very sorry to hear of your concerns about the management of our site. We take these ratings seriously and want to make sure that everyone who works here has a positive work experience. We are proud of the training program we have implemented. All new hires receive, at minimum, a week of onboarding training to become acclimated to our business, our clients, and how we operate. Our training program dedicates time to ensuring all systems are operational and the new hire is comfortable with accessing those systems. Time is dedicated to meeting the staff and understanding how all of our departments work together to provide excellent service to our clients. Subsequent weeks are dedicated to departmental and role-based training. Continuing education is supported by supplemental training for new skill development as well as a multitude of Procedure Guides and Administrative Instructions to assist our staff in every aspect of performing their jobs at the highest level. Leadership is committed to creating and fostering a work environment that is supportive. Our quarterly Days of Wellness is one example. In addition to our 10 paid holidays, our leadership team implemented quarterly Days of Wellness in which our employees can spend the day however they choose while being fully compensated for the day. Since the inception of our site, all employees, past and present, regardless of position or tenure, contributed to creating a culture in which people enjoy working here. The team has consistently exemplified the attributes of hard work, selflessness, accountability, and collaboration at all levels of employee. Thank you for taking the time to rate our site. We will use it to continually improve all aspects of what we do. We wish you the best in your next opportunity. Stephen Carroll, Site Director – Celerion Richmond

Pros

Serves as a decent place to get baseline industry experience on your resume before moving elsewhere. The direct team leads and peer-level colleagues are understanding and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Client-facing demands combined with aggressive study timelines often lead to heavy workloads and long hours.Resourcing can be tight, meaning PMs frequently have to act as both strategic leaders and administrative coordinators. Quarterly updates are disconnected always touting quarter after quarter/ year after year revenue records while running their staff into burnout with the mentality of less is more or better yet "scalability"
