Some people have no targets to work towards. Some micromanagement. Very much a startup mentality and no clear processes, not very open to suggestions for improvement.
Friendly, supportive, and decent co-workers. No gossip, and everybody minding their own business. The job is pretty straightforward. The pay is decent. Supportive and understanding boss.
Cons
The weather will decide if it's a good day or not, workwise. Sometimes the job is physically demanding. Very rarely, but some customers are not very nice.
