The friendly environment of this place makes it's more easy to transition, with the caveat that you do not rock the boat at present, current employees do not see you as a threat and you can adapt into the culture ASAP.
Cons
If you are a non-Bumi, career progression will be a problem. Another thing is many of the senior management like yes men, so if you're not and are not willing to take any s**t from them, this is not the place for you. Another thing is that there are many old timers who hold on to legacies, dretrimental to both the companies and work motivation of workers.
