      - Brilliant leadership team - An incredibly hard working team of very nice people - Sound business model, organically growing all the time - Lots of loyal, happy customers - Well-built product - Solid strategic direction - Good communication throughout the business

      Cons

      - The size of the team means you'll have to work very hard. If that's not something you're prepared to do, Celayix may not suit you.

      Pros

      - Friendly coworkers and leadership, office environment was enjoyable to work in - High visibility of work as a co-op, we were given meaningful tasks to work on and code that I and other co-ops wrote made its way into production - Remote work privileges when necessary

      Cons

      - Products themselves are not the most exciting (workforce management apps) - Felt limited in the technologies I was exposed to/allowed to work in
