There are many here is the list of few 1 - Your efforts are only and only of wastage here they don't value you and your work there main focus is just to take work out of you. 2 - your work is not examined at the right time and when the project is into the deliverable state they tell you to chnage whole project and work on weekend to fix within their given timeline. 3 - If you set in one location you can never ever chnage your location nor you can take WFH because people here who are into senior management seating in Nagpur plays such politics in this case due to which many many good employees have quit this company and moved on. 4 - The cost cutting is in this stage that even a good cup of Tea has become challenge in all the office. 5 - The main software development lifecycle is missing from this company if you join from requirement gathering to project delivery you alone has to take care of it. 6 - The basis tools which has to be given to a software developer that is missing just because of few people's personal ego you will always have to suffer. 7 - No training and development part if you join you will definitely lag behind the market because here the development is been done how it suppose to be 10-15yrs back.
