      Cons

      Young Company, there is not much space for people with a slower working rhythm. The company is almost all young, nerds and ambitious. This makes it difficult for older people to keep pace with this.

      Some rules change in the middle of the game. You need to evolve in the rhythm and way they want, otherwise you'll be left behind.
