One of the worst organised places I've been at - no processes in place to share information so work takes place in silos and cross department collaboration is non existent meaning duplication of work & lack of overview on what's going on as an organisation. on one hand many colleagues there since decades or were sent from industry members because they didn't fit in there. So motivation is lacking. People put their own goals over the goals of the organisation. Most team managers haven't been trained in leading a team and got there just because of seniority or technical expertise.
