Cedar is very underhanded with their contracts and fees. They are selling Full management type contracts that really are accounting only. They are forcing the HOA's vendors to register on this site at a cost and then holding the vendors pay for services rendered. There is no formal training and even if there was they remove things change things at times on a daily and never notify anyone of said changes. every time you do something that they dont like you are threatened with a write up and HR is NOT employee friendly they are not neutral and they will bold face lie. they are alot more issues that are ethically questionable I cant list them all. Do work here it is a chaotic, unsupportive stressful company and you will regret it as I do.
