If you can come in already friends with HR and your manager, you are guaranteed a job unless you make a catastrophic mistake.
Cons
They treat their employees like a resource, not an asset. Where an asset you choose to invest in and nature, CMG chooses to, mine every bit of work that they can from their employees. Also,.make sure you have backups for any agreement you make with them, they will change the agreement on a whim if it suits them and conveniently not have a copy.
