Pros
There aren't any. One of the worst social care/health care companies in Northern Ireland that I've come across.
Cons
Salaries are insulting. Poor management. Very clear that upper management/CEO do not care about what staff and service users have to put up with. Services are viewed as businesses to bring in money and nothing more. Pathetic benefits. Staff work there on minimum wage for 10-20 years without so much as a single raise, meanwhile CEO's salary increases by thousands. There are plenty other social care companies in Belfast that offer more, don't bother applying to Cedar.
