The owner's group cares. They are located out of Kerrville and typically fly down on Thursdays.
Cons
The current GM has absolutely no Toyota experience and is NOT willing to learn how to do anything. All the reports that are done DAILY are to be done by the manager or the office staff and he will take credit. If things go well it is the GM's idea, if they go bad, it was YOUR fault. No one at this location is Toyota Certified other than the Master Tech in service.
