Pros
I was a part of the company's TechOps team (the group of individuals in charge of IT, engineering, programming, etc.) and this was my first job in the industry. Everyone was friendly and I felt very welcome. I especially like the management there, Cech is a family business and it shows. They were very kind and understanding. The work life at Cech is great. We really are like a family there, the members of our team will sometimes stay at the office after hours to play games together, and there's always our office dog to keep you company when you're having a bad day. Cech is a company that will take care of you.
Cons
- The work can be a little tedious or boring, especially in between big projects. - It's difficult to get a hold of coworkers, including the manager, which can be frustrating when you have to rely on others.
