Pros

Seemingly flexible work schedule Work from home environment

Cons

The company rescinded my employment offer I had already accepted when there was a possibility I would miss one training day due to being in labor with my child. I gave the company a few weeks notice of this potential miss and they said I couldn't fulfil my job duties. I even offered to be induced outside of training and they wouldn't reconsider or work with me on the training schedule and specifically sites my pregnancy as the reason for the rescinded offer. I ended up not even having my daughter during the time I would have been in training.

Thank you for your review as we value your feedback so we can improve as an organization. Cecelia Health is understanding of the needs and schedules of our contractors and employees and we support flexible scheduling to accommodate all people who are a part of our team. As an organization who supports working virtually, we recognize that people have unique circumstances and require flexibility. In your specific situation, we were contracting with a large group of new clinicians for a specific project that included a very tight timeline with intensive, mandatory training. This was communicated clearly with all new contracted clinicians during our initial conversations relating to this work. Due to the large number of clinicians needed to meet the needs of this project, timeline for training and complexity of training, we did not have the ability to provide make up or recorded training options for anyone unable to attend any section of this specific training. We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. We greatly value our clinicians and strive to provide a flexible and productive virtual work setting. Best regards, Dwight Scott Sr. Director Human Resources

Pros

Calls are easy enough and the inbound volume is never that crazy. Fellow care coordinators and team leads are extremely kind and helpful. Working from home is a plus!

Cons

You will be paid in essentially pennies. If you are looking for a job that will afford you to live, it is not this one. The company also picks clear favoritism - only certain care coordinators were appreciated during our entire departments appreciation week. Nothing for the other 75% of us! Management is unorganized and unprofessional in many aspects You will be expected to work like a robot, Cecelia Health does not accept that like any job on earth this one will have down time.
