Benefits were ok but the work you do with regards to your salary is either good or not enough - Technical Data Analyst Cebu Pacific Employee Review

Pros

First off, I'd like to note that I ended my term on 2020 due to COVID-19, but since it wasn't an option here, it's listed as 2022 instead of 2020. - unlimited domestic flights where you only need to pay the terminal fee was a huge plus but does get taxing on your body the more you use it. - profit sharing was good but unsustainable due to how the market works, it didn't help that COVID-19 came crashing in and crippled the market. - they have the usual benefits, pretty good HMO with Maxicare (during my time), 13th month pay, leaves, etc.

Cons

- pay was mediocre at best. Even the salaries of my co-workers which I saw were mediocre at best. - the work you do a lot of times surpass what they pay you for. It's even worse when co-workers notice how good you are at something and try to convince you to do their work or to "help" them in theirs. - I've been promised position changes multiple times but waited too long for it to arrive and it became to tiring for me to wait. It didn't help that COVID-19 pretty much destroyed that chance

Pros

The company is young but clearly innovative. The CEO is a great guy who tries to be very visible and accommodating to employees. The environment is "fun", the building is new and the majority of the employees are young--slowly but surely people are getting hired based on skills not tenure which is a very good thing. There's a lot of smart people here. HR conducts lots of training (and greatly improving in terms of modules offered and trainers hired).

Cons

Politics. Makes your job very difficult and draining. I've worked in other companies and I know there's always going to be some level of negativity and politics in any environment, but it is very high in Cebu Pacific. The aviation industry has to get rid of the seniority in its ranks. Compensation and benefits are low compared to existing industry standards. And work/life balance is very poor. I'm not sure if it's entirely the company culture or the Filipino culture but everybody is expected to work loooong hours despite obvious decrease in productivity. No union is allowed. You're on your own!
