      Pros

      People are really great. Product is unique and getting stronger every day. The market is waking up to the fact that this is a “stand out” offering. Fast paced No shortage of things to do or accomplish. It’s early stage with up-side that’s obvious. Solid management. Investors seem solid.

      Cons

      Early stage equals hard work. The market needs to know (more of) who Cazena is for the next stage of growth. Getting the word out is key to success.

      Pros

      Free food and alcohol, there is a Boston Sports Club in the building, not a bad location, easy parking, small Starbucks in the building

      Cons

      Zero product direction Horrible "open floor plan" In a 12 or so person development team they use four primary development languages.
