      Pros

      Discounts on merchandise is well above normal and it has flexible work schedules for a high school job. The stress is not as much as most retail stores.

      Cons

      Very hard to move up and a lot of positions do not have normal per hour pay or salary. You get paid by the sales.

      Was a fun place to work at the beginning.

      Cons

      Terrible upper management, will use you till you’re no longer abusable, then do everything they can to push you out. Good employees never do enough while the bad employees get chance after chance and pats on the back.
