Lovely location, place + vibe 90% of the staff are lovely to work with

The senior ‘managers’ treat their staff awfully. Name calling, bullying, discrimination, patronisation, you name it - it happens. Besides how the staff are treated, married managers are also sleeping with much younger staff members, with all colleagues being fully aware, this makes seeing their wives and children (when brought into work) very uncomfortable. Customers are often found taking drugs, but this is not a problem at the cave, as long as they are bringing money into the venue. The rotation of staff at The Cave is very fast, and everyone leaves for the same reason… the operations director. Plenty of staff have been to HR, nothing is taken seriously. In all my years of working, I have never seen staff be treated as badly as I have at The Cave. If there was a change in the senior management team, the staff and customers would be a lot happier.
