Pros
-This office likes to celebrate big and small personal milestones like babies, weddings, moving away parties -snacks are stocked monthly -met some like minded co-workers -had an opportunity to expand healthcare knowledge -office is located in a great area of San Mateo
Cons
Some of the downsides included - minimum benefits offered -no work from home allowed - not recognizing full potential in their staff -imbalance of work throughout departments - juggling too many unfocused projects just to drop everything and move on to the next project - senior management consistently had a negative and/or condescending tone that spread like wildfire -hard to have a work-life balance at times
