Pros

Trips. Events. Lots of training year round. Food on gameday. Great stepping stone.

Cons

I enjoyed a lot of my time here. Most of management is approachable. Since the cavs are winning if you work for their minor league properties you get a sense that they do not care about you. Understandable as the Cavs are a big $$$ maker. You get told that you can start out as OBD and move up but they will keep you as a Junior for a long time after OBD. Sometimes you get put with the Monsters or Glads and they will throw this dream that you will move up to the cavs. Rarely does that happen. They will hire from the outside just to keep you where you are at. They will tell you " You are not ready" then like myself you'll leave for job in the Majors. Since I left there has been a lot of turnover with reps. Some getting out of sports. Some moving to different teams.

Pros

You gain experience and learn some skills

Cons

60+ hours, minimal pay for work, bullying in office, high school like environment, everyone works and drinks together, if you don't they will not like you, senior management are all friends and will tell each other confidential information you share with only one of them, they will only like the people that play their game, when you get promoted the raise is nothing, more of a promotion for title
