Pros

The people that join are genuinely passionate about life sciences and believe in a mission to accelerate R&D

Cons

Lots of promises but no support from the leadership team. Strategic hires then layoffs cycles without formal justification. Internal politics favour a culture of fear of the CEO. Fuzzy hiring packages with unrealistic targets that turn into financial disappointments

Pros

Learn about the AI world and healthcare

Cons

Management lacks direction and is awful at communicating their vision to the company. They are still trying to find their footing but act like they have it all figured out. Micromanagement by the C-suite means the product suffers and they end up creating products no one asked for. Lastly, managers do not think about their employees' well being and development. They foster fierce competition between peers to drive revenue.

Thank you for this feedback. The advice at the end, in particular, is something we've sat with. Some of what you've raised reflects real areas we're working on. Communication of our direction, giving teams genuine autonomy, and making sure people feel supported in their growth rather than just pressured to perform. These aren't things we can fix overnight, but they are things we care about getting right. The comment about employee wellbeing and how we foster performance lands with us. We never want competition between colleagues to come at the cost of trust or psychological safety, and if that's been the experience, we want to understand it better. We hear the frustration behind this review and we're sorry your time here felt this way. If you're open to sharing more, please do reach out to the People team directly.
