Pros
I was hired quickly (maybe too quickly).
Cons
The training was disorganized and led by someone unfamiliar with the actual work. Despite this, the team expected me to fully process orders just two days after I started. I had previously informed the agency that I would be traveling, but I still agreed to begin that Friday while out of town in order to attend a one-hour training. The role was only scheduled for 10 hours a week. I even worked on my birthday. The following day, the equipment arrived. I set everything up and followed up with questions, only to receive no response. Concerned, I contacted the agency to let them know something seemed off. Within 30 minutes, I was fired by the same person who hadn’t made time to attend my interview or answer any of my questions.
