      Pros

      The staff are all so compassionate, friendly and welcoming. I love the variety of the role, it keeps it interesting and engaging. I love the satisfaction I get from sending Cat’s to loving homes and helping people in need.

      Cons

      The term ‘receptionist’ really does not cover what this job entails, it is a really diverse role and can sometimes involve emotionally distressing conversations with people relinquishing their cats.

      Pros

      Beautiful cats who will melt your heart!!! Just amazing to be with these wonderful animals. Felt so honoured to take care of them

      Cons

      Small work force. Very toxic work place the last few years. I suffered bullying and harassment and broke my heart to resign.
