      there are no pros to working there

      Cons

      no respect for advanced practice providers. poor patient care. Mistakes are made and no one is help accountable for them. poor behavior is ignored as is good behavior. No job advancement. HR is only out for the organization and not the employee. management says that want to hear from you but then makes no changes based on your recommendations/suggestions. WORST MANAGEMENT in my 10 years as a PA. no job advancement and poor pay

      Pros

      Enjoyed the people I worked with, busy every shift, learned a lot (being a student it was great).

      Cons

      Every place has stuff you are not going to love I guess. There was no direct issue with then that drove me to leave. I left when I was offered a position at an office, and after covid I was just ready for a change.
