      Ok pay for not working in a hospital, when staffed correctly I really enjoyed working there

      Cons

      Disorganized, no backup from management, understaffed majority of the time, high turnover rate and alot of agency nurses/aides

      I really liked the people I worked with in the kitchen. Being able to interact with the residents was great.

      The place was constantly short-staffed.
