      Pros

      The hospital is run very professionally. The employees are treated honestly and respectfully. The benefits were very good. I only left because I moved out of state.

      Cons

      I can't think of any real cons about the hospital. The only negative thing is that one year we did not get a raise and there were some layoffs.

      Pros

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
