      Small hospital with a close knit staff which provides a “family” feel. Great hospital to use as a stepping stone to gain experience.

      Cons

      Poor management with bad employee retention. Old, outdated hospital. Needs severe improvements.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
