      Good Salary, Great Benefits, coworkers all work well together. Everyone is Helpful and friendly. Company in general is a good place to work

      Too many layers of management, micromanagement is suffocating, ability to perform duties efficiently is hindered by security restriction and micromanagement. Little room for growth within the organization. Training on new technology and applications to support is inadequate

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
