      most of the staff is pleasant to work with, you work along some amazing nurses. your are constantly learning and stepping out of your comfort zone. they offer good benefits

      some communication needs to be improved but for that everyone needs to do their part. sometime they are short staffed

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
