      MDs, APPs, nurses, ancillary staff knowledgeable and helpful

      ALL of upper adminstration is very punative & biasis. They don't care if you have good clinical skills, They don't care about the employees.

      Loyal, tenured staff. Busy level I trauma hospital.

      Cons

      Leadership had no vision and was very resistant to change. There was a culture of blame instead of getting to the root cause of issues.
