      Company going under. 9-day fortnight (in order to retain staff). WFH.

      Cons

      Can't manage a budget to save their lives (self evident as the company is going under). Board, especially the chair of the board are only looking out for themselves. HR is very bloated and self serving.

      Nepotism and favouritism. If you're mediocre but can say what they love to hear, you will be promoted even if you don't have the technical skills.
