Pros
– The job is pretty straightforward – You just sort mail, wrap skids, and send them off to PCI, USPS, FedEx, or Xerox – Overtime is expected about one week a month, sometimes more – Pay is decent – They give out free food during events, which is actually nice
Cons
– Second shift has a toxic environment – A lot of gossip, fake friendliness, and people trying to get you in trouble if you don’t do what they want – Complaints usually get ignored, especially if the person causing problems has been there a while – There’s basically no supervision during second shift, so people just do whatever—on their phones, not clocking out, leaving early, etc. – When I brought up something I thought was unprofessional, I was just told to quit if I didn’t like it – Had to deal with a teammate who dumped their work on me and stirred up drama when I said something – Reported it multiple times, nothing changed – I ended up getting fired over a claim I disagreed with, but there was no proof and I still got unemployment – Unless management and supervision seriously improve, I wouldn’t recommend working here
