CX offers its employees quite good and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, travel insurance, MPF, etc. Employees can buy flight tickets at a 10% price after completing probation. Cathay City has a wide range of facilities, such as cafes, a chinese restaurant, a canteen, a laundry shop and a well-equipped gym with a swimming pool, etc.
Cons
Far away from home if you don't live in Tung Chung or Western Kowloon. Negative working attitude in GCC department. Limited career perspectives for small potatoes. You are just a numbered staffer. Low pay rate considering the the big name of the company.
