Pros
Nice friendly colleague if you can understand and respect each other's culture. Efficient in service when serving pax. More opportunities.
Cons
Cutting-cost quiet badly. Feel like the management do not consider cabin crew much. Poor language required speakers like Japanese, give tones of Japan flights and difficult to swap the roster. Low salary (however min.70hrs flying). Slow promotion (currently at least 8yrs to become as a purser unless your performance is extremely good)
