It was a great adventure and experience to work in a startup. The mission of the company is motivating. I had an exceptional territory manager that was a great coach and advocate to get out there and make things happen.

Less focus on Sales targets and more focus on adoption and sorting out the go to market strategy. Need more focus on actual clinician level data to make prudent decisions.

The employees on the ground are generally nice.

The CEO is commensurate to Richard Stockton of the Titan. His way or NO way! No care for work/life balance. The company short changes its employees and manipulates bonus structures to make them unattainable, yet takes the administrative team to Maui for a meeting. The Managers need significant managerial training. Blatant favoritism.
