Pros

Lots of training provided via video format which is convenient and easy to work through, as well as in person during onboarding.

Cons

Your experience of working for the company is very much dependant on your regional manager and site manager. So experience isn't necessarily professional or standardised.

Pros

Everyone I worked with face to face was fantastic.

Cons

Demeaning amount of training that contradicted its own imployee handbook, i.e. was told I had to repeat training I already had qualifications in. The opposite was said in the employee handbook. Bizzare kitchen practices that show they have no trust in their cooks, with the company pinching pennies on everything. Food waste system made no sense. Staff punished for eating leftovers which had to go in the bin. Again, absolutely no trust in their employees. Low morale with staff, pay was attrocious.
