Pros

- Decent benefits - Pretty big client names. Good for Portfolio

Cons

- Zero job security. You are expendable at any given moment. - Upper management leadership is failing; but blaming it on the employees. - Raises and bonuses are non-existent. Don't expect them. - Not a single person there is happy with the state of the agency. - Quick burnout as a result from understaffing and lack of support

Pros

Solid leadership, competitive benefits and compensation, understanding leadership, good work life balance. People care

Cons

Not a con so much as a statement - they're growing so they're learning and that requires some stretch moments but nothing out of the ordinary for good group.

Pros

My boss was amazing and exactly who I was looking for in a mentor and to help me with my career growth. Unfortunately, she was laid off for not doing things 'The Catchy Way,' which no one could ever define, but I think it means being entitled, pompous, nepotistic, and excluding. There are some really valuable, talented and nice people, but their light is dimmed and ruled by fear by the SLT. They are certainly not paid enough for the amount of work and overtime that they perform.

Cons

This is the most toxic place I have ever worked. The SLT are not competent to lead. There is no teamwork. There is no support. It is survival of the fittest hunger games, and they make bullying, secrecy and putting employees in uncomfortable positions a sport. I was lied to in my interview about where the company was with clients financially, and what my role would consist of. They hired several people and then laid them off within the same timeframe because no one is actually keeping track of the books. There is no onboarding process, they do not have an HR department, there is not an IT department, transparency does not exists, SLT does not trust their mid-level employees, and there are unrealistic working work-over life-balance expectations.
