Open, transparent leadership - Teacher Catch22 Employee Review

Having worked here for a while, I have seen a number of changes in headship and approaches. It was a little chaotic for a while until our COO stepped in. You can see how aligned he is with our charity's vision and values. The things that stands him out, he listens, he is able to level with people at all levels and he does what he says he will do with care and compassion, I also like his straight talking approach. I feel safe under his leadership, he lives our values and he is in tune with our CEO too. Thanks for sending him to take control.
