Pros

Lots of flexibility around working location Supportive & lovely frontline colleagues who really do want to help service users Great office space

Cons

Quality of delivery across programmes can vary due to mixed messaging on priorities, shifting targets and a lack of communication between management Lack of supervisory, appropriate holistic support for staff Some regions feel more favoured and supported than others nationally and this is not well disguised Qualified wellbeing practitioners and coaches highly pressured by management to operate as sales people without any of the compensation nor commission that a sales role would attract CPD largely ignored in supervisions - personal progression can feel stunted Some management styles are inappropriate and unprofessional and expose a lacking of leadership and people skills
