Tremendous project management support, leadership is very receptive to direct feedback, small hierarchy means very good communications, coworkers are super hard working & knowledgeable & will work to be the best if not already. Tech stack is very client-dependent but most of the time there's the ability to recommend a new 1. Tech management is extremely receptive to change & ideas. Creativity will make one more relevant to projects & credible given the firm's agency nature. Growing very quickly. doubling each 2 years. Tons of fun meals, dinners, outings & general great culture & vibe.

Honestly, I can't think of any. I'd go back if pay were matched.
