Cons
Working as a Customer Service Rep for CMS is a degrading experience. The immediate supervisors are disrespectful. You are not permitted to look at your cell phone in the work area (cubicles) or in the bathroom. I was given a headset that hurt my ear. The work environment (culture) at CMS is negative.
