Pros

Catapult does a good job taking care of their employees. The benefits are very good; they have (at the time of writing this) 401k matching and good health plans to pick from. They are mainly involved in contracting so mobility is good as long as you have the skills. They have a solid HR department that is responsive and easy to work with. Upper management seems to have their heads on straight, and the PMs I've dealt with have been of a very high caliber. Catapult attracts good people.

Cons

Honestly, none that aren't just part of the government contracting world. They're a solid company to work for. They recently outsourced their IT services which isn't great, but it's understandable. Service is still good.

Pros

Catapult will provide you the tools you need to be successful in your career, you just need to use them. If you are a good employee and have proven yourself, they bend over backwards to ensure that you remain one of their employees, even if they have to move you to another contract if the contract you are currently on is going to expire and not be renewed.

Cons

Contract work is difficult and unfortunately when you are placed in a work area sometimes it is difficult to move up; you may get added responsibilities, however, unlike working in a corporate environment, it can sometimes be hard to progress, regardless of continuing education.
