There's some great technology there too.

Sometimes it'll get so bad that you'll be rushed to complete something within a few hours, and then your work won't even be used. To this day I still have blogs I wrote months ago still unpublished and not read, even though I was told to complete them within a few hours. I didn't feel useful, and there didn't seem to be a plan for me.
