Even on hectic weeks, you are clocking out at 5pm on Friday, earlier if you put in extra time earlier in the week.
Cons
High turnover rate, it's a small company with a good amount of interns which leads to some people leaving every year or so. With the amount of moving parts long term projects have the turnover can cause issues with a problem happening with something someone who has left the company before you set up.
