      There are no pros to this organization.

      Cons

      The nepotism here is an absolute joke, not to mention there is no training involved. Then they wonder why you have so many questions when you fall short on your tasks. They are an ESOP organization, but don't get excited because you will likely not be around long enough to see any benefits from that. The clique culture runs rampant here, and the only way to fit in is to speak horribly about others to others.
