      It is a growing company, fast-paced and still on its journey of revolution. Working here you need to be up for the challenge, willing to give things a go and have the flexibility to adapt. It’s not a place suited to all. Workloads have been an issue in the past, but much has been done to address this in recent months.

      Training all the time and project based

      Cons

      Racists and white dominated people in Newtown and other offices. Also, very low pay to join. This is a project based and performance based employment. They’ll throw you out if you don’t perform well as per their mindset.
