On the onset, I would like to thank you for your time and feedback that you have shared with us. It is very insightful, and we will consider it to make ourselves better.
As a growing organisation, our vision is to develop the business along with the development of our employees. We develop our employees for the next role and help them to go up the ladder to take more challenging roles within the organisation. All we ask for is a long-term commitment and a significant contribution from our employees. I am proud that many young talents are given managerial positions and a lot of responsibility sooner than in many other organisations.
Below are my comments to some of the concerns that you have raised in your feedback.
Building a micro services-based product is our long-term goal to ensure that we can deliver maximum business value with highest quality and speed. We are doing this for our customers and not to satisfy the ambitions of any individual in our organisation.
We take pride in our people and the product that they have built. We regularly invite ideas from our employees. The ideas which hold merit and are feasible business solutions to our problems, are implemented.
We are a growing organisation and we have always believed in providing the best learning and growing opportunity to our people. Yes, I do agree that some people acquire the knowledge with us and use them in other organisations. However, this is how the cycle moves in the industry, we lose some to other organisations and we gain some from other organisations.
We encourage our employees to use their break time during office hours to unwind the way they like to; whether reading books, or listening to music, or playing cricket. We put our trust on the employees’ choices and believe those choices are not affecting our deliverables. Trust is one of our core values.
Having said all that, I do believe you had some bad experiences while working with us. However, I wish you had connected with me to share your feedback while you were working with us, so we could have worked together to resolve your concerns. As you know, I am always open to dialogue with colleagues and customers. Nevertheless, I wish you all the best for your future endeavours and thanks again for sharing your feedback.
