Pros

My experience was very good. The management is very supportive and encouraging, and always ready to help. I got many opportunities to learn and grow in my role. The pay is competitive and always on time. Good work environment. Due to the nature of the role, it was mostly work from office, but the management was flexible and supportive whenever time off was needed. Overall, it was a great learning experience and I am grateful for this opportunity.

Cons

The leave policy could be improved.

Pros

Politics > Professionalism. Training means harassment. They drain confidence, not just energy To all BAs out there: don’t join, guys. Nothing to learn here except office politics.

Cons

The so-called lead focuses more on ego and control than on guiding people. New joiners are treated poorly, with no sense of respect. There is a lot of hypocrisy in behavior, small things are blown out of proportion just to push someone down. Management is not neutral. They openly favor her, ignoring repeated unprofessional behavior. Instead of creating fairness, they choose to protect toxicity. Transparency doesn’t exist. On the surface, management act supportive, but behind the scenes they enable politics and manipulation. If you try to stand for yourself or draw boundaries, you’ll quickly be labeled a “problem.”
